Product warranty

If the product was damaged during shipping or arrived with a manufacturing defect – we take full responsibility.

The warranty only covers damages caused during shipping and does not include natural wear and tear, tears, folds, or damages caused by personal use.

If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and include a clear photo of the defect.
